Brain hack techniques used by people in their 50s who look like they have a bug
A bug that can extend your lifespan by 7.5 years just by damaging your brain
My wife also tells me that I look younger than my age. I’m a little happy. Are there people around? He’s so lively that you’ll think, “Oh, he’s in his 50s!? That’s a lie, right?” Where do you think that shiny skin and aura coming from your whole body are coming from?
Luxury beauty serum? ...No, that’s not true.
Actually this is
“My heart hasn’t aged, so my appearance has gone awry.”
What? I’ll analyze this phenomenon, which is being scientifically proven, in my own way.
1. [The person being watched]: If you damage the brain, the cells will rejuvenate!
There is something called ``subjective age,’‘ which is how old you think you are.
Research data that surprised the American Psychological Association Researchers from all over the world have found that people who believe they are young actually have slower brain decline, healthier bodies, and longer lives. The brain is surprisingly small.
People whose habit is to say, “I’m already in my 50s...” Your brain turns on aging mode and says, “Okay! Then I’ll add more wrinkles and round my back!”
People who think, “It’s about to start!”: Their brain mistakenly thinks, “Oh, you’re still active!” and releases a flood of happy hormones. As a result, a mysterious glow is created on the skin. It’s simple.
2. [Viewer’s argument] The other person doesn’t see the wrinkles!
Don’t you think, ``But, there’s nothing I can do about wrinkles and gray hair?’‘
In fact, the people around me don’t really see that much.
What people are looking at is not the number of wrinkles. It’s the “aura of vitality” that emanates from it.
In psychology, this is called “perceived age.” When you think, “That person looks young!”, what you’re counting is not the number of wrinkles, but the brilliance of the eyes, the movement of facial expressions, and the firmness of the voice. People who have a lively heart have rich reactions and expressions, and the viewer’s brain automatically makes judgments like, ``Oh, this person has a lot of energy. She’s young!’‘
3 major missions to “improve your appearance” from your 50s onwards
Now that you have the reasoning behind it, here is an action plan for “How to rejuvenate your brain and eliminate bugs” that you can put into practice from today!
Mission 1: Have a “first-in-life” experience and send your brain into a panic
When we reach our 40s and 50s, the frontal lobes of our brains begin to slack off. When I slack off on this part, I start saying things like ``Young people these days...’‘ or ``It used to be good.’‘ It makes you look older all of a sudden.
Strategy: Try something you’ve never done before several times a year to stimulate your brain. Your brain goes into a panic and says, ``Wow, I don’t know what this is!’‘ = It’s a sign of rejuvenation.
Mission ②: “I’m already XX years old” is a taboo phrase
“It’s embarrassing to start something new at this age...” Let’s smash that mental brake right now.
Interesting research from Yale University professor Becca Levy: People who think positively about getting older live an average of 7.5 years longer than people who view age negatively. 7.5 years is huge!
Strategy: Don’t use age as an excuse. Age is just a number!
Mission ③: “Altruistic” activities that are just one step away from helping others
If you only think about yourself, your life will get stuck in a rut and your face will become dull. The energetic people around you in their 50s are usually always busy working for someone, right?
Strategy: Let’s do something for someone, such as offering advice, getting involved in a new project, and posting useful information on SNS. Oxytocin, which is released in the brain when someone thanks you, is actually more effective for your skin than a high-end serum that costs 10,000 yen per bottle (*This is my personal opinion).
Conclusion: People in their 50s have the youngest face to plan!
The reason why people who cannot age mentally look younger is because their brains are tricked, their cells hustle, and those around them are overwhelmed by that energy. This is a chain of happy misconceptions.
You’ll look 100 times younger if you grin and wonder what you’ll do next than if you apply a thick layer of foundation or a high-end serum to hide wrinkles.
I’m in my 50’s and still have a long way to go. Let’s all act so lively that we can make everyone around us wonder, “Huh?!”
